James E. McCrimmon

James began his real estate career with Greg Rice at Banc Property Services in Denver in 1990. Over the past twenty years, James has worked on a wide variety of projects and property types including sales of multi-family, industrial, self-storage and land projects. For the past ten years, James has focused exclusively on Hotel and Resort transactions with Solid Rock.

Working out of Colorado Springs, James' responsibilities include brokerage as well as support for SRA's other offices.

James earned a Bachelor's Degree from New York Regents University and a M Div. from Denver Seminary. Prior to his real estate career, James spent extensive time in the military, serving with Army Special Operations units. James has been married to Sheri for 26 years, and they have two grown children.
